The Variable Nozzle Turbocharger (VNT) Analyser is one of the most advanced flow rigs in the aftermarket to adjust turbocharger variable nozzles with pneumatic actuators.
The VNT Analyser allows you to set the correct position of the variable nozzle vanes, enabling you to achieve the correct minimum and maximum flow of air through the turbocharger, and is proven to dramatically reduce warranties and improve the quality of turbocharger repairs.
What happens if VNT test is not properly set up? If VNT of the turbo was not adjusted properly it will affect a car’s power, harm fuel consumption, block DPF filter or Catalytic converter.
